Cleaning Extravaganza!

So today was very lazy day for me. I started my day off by waking up at 9:30 with a migraine in my eye. I was still sleepy so I tried to go back to sleep to get rid of the pain in my head and eye and to get a little more sleep. I drifted in and out of sleep thanks to the construction outside and Stacy getting up. After what I though was about an hour of hour and a half I checked the time and saw it was 11:58! I was shocked that I slept so late, but I felt better when I got up. After eating a sandwich and taking a shower I was puzzled as to what to do. As I was trying to decide Stacy asked me if I wanted to go to Pompeii, Sorrento, and Capri with her next weekend. After talking about it for a few minutes we decided I would go to the office tomorrow and reserve our spots as long as I got the okay from Mom to spend the money and go. We were pretty excited and both didn't feel like going out today so we cleaned. Normally I would be annoyed that I had to clean, but I had a really good time with Stacy. I also started shooting new pictures for my final today of her and my other roommates when they are home. Anyway, after shooting and cleaning, I went out for a walk to see if I could find anything interesting to shoot. Apparently today was the day everything weird to go on in Florence. I saw a guy with a drum strapped to his back and cord to his feet so the drum would beat each step he took and and accordion in his hands, another guy with wires through his clothes to make it look like he was windblown sitting smoking a cigarette, a homeless woman who refused to get up so they called and ambulance and the EMTs were yelling at her, and some other minor randomness. I think I got a lot of good shots out of that. I started getting hungry so I turned around and went home. I needed to make dinner early tonight because I am going to that concert tonight and wanted to have dinner beforehand. When I got home I checked my email and saw that Mom wrote back to me while I was out. She was all for us going away next weekend and said to go for it! We are both really excited. As I made dinner Meg came home and started cooking her dinner. This was the prefect time for me to shoot her and I think I got some really good shots. It is now 7:17 and I am planing on leaving in about an hour for the concert. I'm excited to go and do something different. Jacopo will be there and I found our Meg is going as well. I also got some good reading with my INR just now and I am in a very good mood. These next 2 weeks are going to fly by, but I think they are going to be the most amazing 2 weeks of my stay here. I am really going to miss Florence and the people I have met.
